All items should be paid for via paypal once your order is complete. You do not need to register for paypal in order to pay by this method. For custom orders a deposit of at least 50% will need to be paid before any work begins. This allows me to buy materials. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me and return the item within fourteen days of receipt for a refund. The item must be clean, unused and contain all the parts you received in order to receive a refund. Return postage will be the buyers responsibility unless the item is damaged. Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty. If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty please contact me within 14 days with photographs of the damage/fault. I will do my best to resolve all issues as quickly and satisfactorily as possible. As my items are handmade and many take a long time to produce it may take some time to replace items and the exact same materials may not be available.
UK postage: Everything will be sent by Royal Mail (1st or 2nd class, depends on the weight) in the UK within 1-3 day of purchasing, when a ready made item been purchased. Custom orders will take longer and I will be in touch to discuss a time scale with you. Small items will be sent with 1st class, larger items will be sent by 2nd class to keep your postage fee low. International postage: Royal Mail International Standard will be used as the standard shipping service and can take over 1-2 weeks to deliver your order. If you wish for your items to be sent by a different method please contact me before purchase so that I can investigate costs to your location and charge accordingly. Parcels sent within UK aren’t considered lost until 15 working days have passed, so please give time for your item to arrive. Will always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when upgraded postage been purchased. IMPORT CUSTOMS: Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Unfortunately, I won't know, if items ordered by our customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid by you, the recipient of the parcel.
